SNSD praises Su Pearls, saying “Better than the original”
Recently, SNSD praised highly Su Pearls (Lee Seung Joo, Lee Jung Mi, Park Ji Min and Lee Michelle) at seeing their performance in person, saying “Seems to be better than the original done by SNSD.”
On the episode of SBS’s I Love Sunday–K-Pop Star that aired on February 12, participants were portrayed competing in a battle audition for the three major entertainment agencies—SM Ent. YG Family, and JYP Ent.
SNSD’s Taeyoen, Yoona, Seo Hyun, and Sunny paid a visit to the participants, who were working hard for performances for the audition. The participants were screamed out of joy at SNSD’s surprise visit.
SNSD said they had watched the Su Pearls’ fantastic performance on TV, and asked them to show their performance in person.
Su Pearls did not let down but moved the girls with the song “The Boys,” with powerhouse vocals and ethereal harmony.
SNSD said, “Seems to be better than the original,” and “Hope to see you again at SM Entertainemnt.”
Meanwhile, a mobile recording studio of Park Jin Young was released and caught the eye.
